Drawing on my experience as a marketing executive, global consultant, agency leader, and now academic, I collaborate with top executives across a range of sectors and stages of maturity, offering guidance on business strategy, digital transformation, and organization design.

I am also active as an Advisory Board member to several early-stage companies and to Glasswing Ventures, a Boston-based AI-focused VC fund, guiding CEOs on strategic issues such as product strategy, go-to-market approach, and organization.

My engagements typically start with a couple of exploratory discussions, a two-hour workshop where we discuss what's possible, and then a statement of work for a monthly retainer to cover working together.

Boards

I serve as an independent director on the board of Stratatech Education Group, a Halifax Capital and Solamere PE-backed vocational education leader in skilled trades. Our Occuweld virtual reality training application was recognized as one of Meta’s top three educational apps in 2023.

I am also an active Advisory Board member, guiding CEOs on strategic direction at two marketing services companies and three early-stage health ventures.

On the non-profit side, I served on the Board of the Walnut Hill School for the Arts, repeatedly recognized as one of the top three private secondary arts schools in the US, and now am on the Advisory Board for Mt. Auburn Hospital, a Harvard teaching institution in Cambridge, Ma.

Additionally, I serve as a member of the Growth Board of the Association of National Advertisers, a community I am proud to champion as it advances the capabilities and builds communities for marketers worldwide.
